Do you ship to my country?
We deliver across the UK, and every order ships free. Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days and usually arrive 7 to 12 business days after that.
Do I have to pay extra fees upon delivery?
No. We do not add import duties or taxes at checkout, and we do not charge any extra fees on delivery.
What should I do if I want to exchange or return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and return shipping is free on eligible returns. An extended 30-day return period applies only when it is offered and purchased. Contact us with your order number and we will guide you through it.
